I discovered every camper’s worst nightmare — water damage at the front of my trailer. I thought I was being diligent with roof inspections, but clearly I missed a few things. I called Redman’s, and they suggested I bring it in for a closer evaluation.

Rob took the time to thoroughly inspect the camper and plans to pull the nose for a full diagnosis. He was very pleasant, professional, and detailed throughout the process.

While it’s possible that repairing the water damage may cost more than the camper is worth, I want others to learn from my mistake — bring your camper to Redman’s and have it properly serviced and inspected before small issues turn into big ones.

We needed a repair on our RV and called them a couple hours before we rolled into town. They had us come straight there to assess and evaluate and within a couple hours had a diagnosis and price for repair and are going to get it done in a couple of days, when the parts come in so we can enjoy the rest of our trip.
Couldn't ask for nicer staff. Robert was knowledgeable and accomodating.
