I was looking to explore hot bamboo massage and was given a gift card to see Nancy at Buckets Full of Health in Rancocas Woods near Mt. Laurel. The drive took 20 minutes on 295 and it was easy to find. There was plenty of off street parking. Nancy greeted me outside with a big smile and a handshake. She had intake forms ready and explained her practice, how warm the bamboo sticks would be (not burning hot) and gave a few more instructions. She also explained the Feldenkrais Method. I entered a cozy room with the perfect temperature. The heated bamboo was amazing. They weren’t hot, but just warm enough where it was so relaxing. Nancy easily adjust her pressure to what worked for my body. I think I fell asleep twice. When she turned me over she offered to do the somatic body work on my feet and I loved it. There are no words to explain what the modality feels like. It was perfect. I left the massage table feeling both mentally uplifted and physically comforted. If you live in the Mt Holly, Voorhees, Marlton and Cherry Hill areas this should be your new go-to massage therapist for Manual lymphatic drainage, bamboo fusion massage, or somatic body work. Nancy’s son offers acupuncture at the same charming location. If you suffer with chronic pain, nerve pain, chronic illness, or just need to escape the day-to-day stress, check out this therapeutic massage practice in Mt. Laurel. Text Nancy to schedule. The practice is right off 295.

Tom is fantastic. I originally started acupuncture to deal with plantar fasciitis. I continued after he healed my feet because it was so relaxing and such a stress reliever. Wonderful place!

I met Tom Reisher more than two years ago at a health food store, where I found out he was a massage therapist who ran a business with his mother, Nancy, who has been doing massage therapy and particular methods of bodywork (namely Feldenkrais) for nearly 30 years. I had just had a massage and I was unsatisfied with it. He quoted a VERY reasonable introductory price as well worked completely within my schedule. It was an utterly different experience - the building is beautiful and aesthetically healing with its colors, cleanliness, energy, decor, and even location in adorable little Rancocas Woods. After my first massage, we drank water and talked for awhile - Tom has a background in music, counseling, and philosophy, so there is no shortage of interesting (and helpful) conversation!
I have been going to Buckets Full of Health ever since, and couldn't imagine a better experience.
