I had a wonderful experience renting an apartment from Stacy . She was incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming from the very beginning. She took the time to show me around the place, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt completely comfortable. Stacy’s kindness and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate how she went above and beyond — I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great rental experience.
I’ve been a resident of Icon Riverwalk for four years. I’m happy here and by and by and large,the management has worked hard to satisfy my requests. Special recognition should go to Brooke, Stacey, and Robert. All 3 are good at their jobs. And I have been pleased with Adam’s responsiveness to my requests. Brooke, particularly, has created a fun and lively environment for residents.. Stacey has handled my financial requests capably. And Robert borders on brilliant when it comes to discovering enigmas with appliances. He is most responsive too. This is an unusual environment and I enjoy living here.
I’ve only been here at ICON RIVERWALK in Plainsboro, New Jersey for about 3 1/2 months, But I can tell you, the experience has been a pleasant one. I visited a number of 55+ places to move to, but none can hold a candle to ICON RIVERWALK as to design and amenities. The floor plans are easy to maneuver and comfortable to live in. The rooms are more spacious than I expected, and the staff could not be more pleasant and accommodating. There are more than enough activities that are provided by the company itself, as well as others offered by the residents, too.
Settling in involved getting some repairs done, more tweaked than anything. It took this length of time, but everything is in place. The setting is convenient with shopping nearby and major highways close. Summer was very pleasant on the balcony of the suite, and the autumn changes very engaging. I’m looking forward to seeing what winter brings. When the snow comes, it should not be a problem since I have underground parking. Yes, there’s a charge, but I know it’s going out to be worth it.
I don’t have a dog, but they are welcomed at a charge. I hardly even know they’re around though when I do see them that gives a warm family feeling. I can certainly recommend ICON RIVERWALK, and I would be happy to welcome you when you arrive.

The sense of community here is also worth noting. Fellow residents are consistently warm and welcoming—it's common to be greeted with a friendly smile or a quick hello, which adds to the overall charm of the environment.
Another major perk is the indoor heated garage. Especially during the colder months, it’s a game-changer not having to worry about scraping frost or snow off your car.
Lastly, the recent change in management has brought a noticeable improvement in building operations. The new team is responsive, professional, and committed to enhancing the resident experience.
Overall, Icon Riverwalk combines comfort, convenience, and community in a way that makes it a truly exceptional place to call home.
We have been living here for almost a year love it. Of course not everything is perfect, but once an issue is brought to administration- specifically Stacey, the issue gets resolved expeditiously. The common rooms are spacious and equipped to host any parties or get togethers you may want to have. There are plenty of activities/events hosted by Icon - you can be busy all the time or choose the peacefulness of your apartment.
