I really do like this place, but every time I go, there seems to be a long line to check in. They do the best they can, but I waited for quite a while. Luckily, I only had to wait a few minutes after that to be called in for my procedure. The people in reception are very nice and explain things thoroughly.
The waiting room was very crowded but they sat me in a separate room where it was quite, comfortable and allowed me to peacefully drink the remainder of my contrast for a ct-scan. I was then brought back very quickly after finishing the intake using an iPad. The nurse-tech did a great job and the iv needle hardly hurt. Everything went well.
ImageCare is terrific. I've used other facilities but not this one. Everything went so smoothly from test authorization, check in, and the test itself. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful. And my doctor received the results in just 2 days!! They are just the best. I will go no where else given a choice.
My wife had to have a MRI. She was very apprehensive, but Rebecca and Corin were very compassionate and put her at ease. Yolanda at the reception desk was also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility and their caring staff.
Also, if you check around, their costs are considerably less than that of most other facilities and hospital groups.
My doctor suggested I try to walk in to this facility following a concerning appointment. I needed a chest X-ray. The staff was very kind and prompt. I literally didn’t have time to complete the registration information before I was called in. The technician, Michelle, was so sweet. She made me feel very comfortable. This was truly an extraordinary experience at a radiological office. A breath of fresh air from my recent awful experiences elsewhere. Very highly recommend.
