I came in with challenging dental issues, and Dr. Cleave was friendly, attentive, and always told me to the point what my options were in order to restore my smile. He and his staff were extremely professional, and always helpful and kind. I highly recommend!
I've only been here twice but both times they were extremely efficient. I called as a new patient and they had an appointment for me two hours later that day and I was in and out within an hour and I got a full mouth exam and a wisdom tooth extracted. The second time I came back to get stitches removed and I was in and out in just 18 minutes including waiting time.
This place is so great, Jackie, Kelly, and Dr Bachrach are so nice. I'm really really scared of going to the dentist but they all made me feel comfortable and asked me how I was doing the whole time. They even made me laugh as they were doing the cleaning. Very caring and compassionate. I also think they are reasonably priced. I'm glad I found a good dental practice that I can trust.
i never thought that I would find a dentist that I would be able to trust and would be able to fix my horrific teeth; I was wrong. Dr. Cleaves is a dentist who inspires trust and confidence all combined with his extraordinary skill. I had to have all my teeth removed and dentures fitted, in addition to having a doctor who would be able to do this in spite of my severe chemical allergy. Dr. Cleaves researched all the medications to be used and performed the surgery on his day off to ensure my safety. It was a painful recovery. The results are amazing, I can smile again and feel/look like I used to with a full set of beautiful teeth. This incredible transformation is a result of Dr. Cleaves' meticulous attention to detail, his commitment to his art, and concern for his patients. His staff at Independence dental should also be commended, they are friendly, caring, and compliment the doctor.
