Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, Mr. Eckert was able to order the specific door knob we needed and install it within 48 hours. He went out of his way to ensure the installation was perfect.

Knowledgeable and friendly. While he couldn't help me with my car's chip key, he recommended a shop that could and warned me about others that would charge too much.

I locked myself out of my apartment and when other area locksmiths couldn’t come out they sent me to J. Eckert. Though Mr. Eckert was on his way to a personal appointment, he went out of his way to make a quick stop and see if he could do anything. He managed to open my door, even though he was rushing to make his appointment. When no one else could help, Mr. Eckert was the hero of my day and for his consideration to make time for a client, even when he had personal matters to see to, I give him my full recommendation.

Excellent experience using this locksmith! John was incredibly courteous and professional. He handled my issue promptly and took measures to greatly decrease any inconvenience to me. He was up-front about costs (which were reasonable), and clearly cared more about trying to save me money than he did about maximizing his profit. I actually wish I had more locksmith jobs for him to do so that I could give him more business! I'm so glad that I could do my small part to support this wonderful family-owned local business.
