Joe is a trustworthy and honest professional who has been taking care of my Nissan Murano for the past ten years.

I called J & J Automotive for a quote on a complete brake job, and they kindly squeezed me in. I dropped off my car, went for a quick bite, and returned to the shop to continue waiting. When I got back, they had just determined that I didn’t need brakes after all. Instead, they fixed the sound of metal on metal that usually signals worn brakes—but my pads still had plenty of life left.

This wasn’t the first time Joe put honesty before profit. On a previous visit, he sent me to the dealer because my issue was likely under warranty—turning down business to save me money. Both times, he charged me next to nothing, and honestly, I felt guilty.

I first met Joe because he did amazing work for my son, and now I won’t go anywhere else. Twice now, he’s had the opportunity to do unnecessary work, and twice he’s proven his integrity. I even told him most places would have just taken my money.

I have never been to this shop before. I usually go to the dealership for car issues but we all know how much dealerships charge and your car is sitting there for at least 24 hours before they even get to it. I called J&J yesterday and they had me come in the following day. I dropped off my car and 2 hours later my car was ready. The work i was getting done i have needed done on my car before so i was preparing for a hefty bill but it was the complete opposite. I was extremely shocked and appreciative for the more then generous price i was charged and overall the customer service! Joe was seriously one of the kindest and easiest people i have ever dealt with when it comes to auto shops. I will 100% be bringing all my future car needs to him. I HIGHLY recommend.
