Several years ago we had a problem at our Medford office on Main St with a sewer smell. Municipal Utility Authority, County Health Department, NJ State Facility Office, an HVAC company and three plumbers could not find the problem. J Springer Plumbing came in with a camera that goes into pipes and found the problem. Sewer line vented into heater duct and pulled sewer gas every time the HVAC system ran! Great detective work!
This month I had a friend with a broken pipe under her crawl space. She is a senior citizen on a fixed income. She got 4 quotes that she couldn't afford. I told her to check with J Springer. They gave a lower quote, showed up when scheduled, did the job in one day and left the area clean.

Called Wednesday afternoon with an issue and they were out on Friday in the snow at 8am to resolve my problem quickly and professionally. Great service and response time. I will be calling them again the next time I need help with a plumbing issue.
