Mike came out and replaced my hot water heater, short notice, he fit me in. Mike came in and removed the unit after determining it could not be repaired, took it away and brought me a new one and installed it! Easy to talk to, and understand! Very friendly service. Would not hesitate to call him again!

Mike answered the phone call - big plus since several other calls were either not answered or automated systems. Mike and his helper came within the hour, fixed our clogged toilet drain thoroughly, and charged reasonably. Very happy with the job. Prompt. Courteous. Efficient.
