Stover's Wells & Pumps

On Wednesday night of this week, we lost all water coming into the house. I called Stover's early on Thursday morning when they first opened. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kris who confirmed that she would have someone over within 45 minutes to assess why we had no water. It was determined rather quickly that it was our well pump. By early afternoon, Ryan and Cody where there with their pump truck replacing the bad pump and a couple of hours later we had running water. Ryan and Cody were extremely polite and did an amazing job in getting the water back online. Thank you again Kris for getting everything set up and I would highly recommend Stover's.

Had an inside leak between the pressure tank and the pipe from the well. Walter K. came today - he exudes confidence and expertise. He explained some additional information about how the pressure tank is constructed and pointed out the issue of corrosion up to the tank from the well - which I had been trying to resolve fro years - wondering why a stainless steel pipe could not be used.
Stover is coming back with a quote for that fix.

Great experience with Stover's all around. Called them last week because we were having issues with low water pressure throughout our home. First thing they did over the phone was give me a couple things to attempt to troubleshoot in order to see if it was an easy/cheap fix I could do at home, which of course I appreciated. When those ideas didn’t work, a tech came out to the house and took his time to diagnose the problem and explain what was happening. We ended up needing a new well pump, which was installed same day and what a difference it made. Price was even below what I had budgeted for the repairs.

Stover has provided our family with reliable service for years. Most recently during a pump failure they restored our service within 3 hours of calling their office despite having to maneuver a very large truck into a very small space. Extremely competent techs and well-equipped vehicles. I cannot imagine any other company proving this level of service. Would highly recommend.
