Overall, I had a very pleasant experience in the sales office. I want to single out Darren for making it a professional, pleasant and productive session. I didn’t feel hustled into buying. He suggested alternatives that were in our mutual interest. The solution we arrived at was a Win Win . Even Brandon , the business manager, kept it very pleasant and professional. He explained the pros and cons if different options and helped me make a good choice.
There is one minor issue that I discovered yesterday. I was under the distinct impression that the model I was buying had the winter package of heated seats and steering wheel. I discovered that this is not true. It is not a big deal but I only wish I had been made aware when I was there .
This is our second used car purchase at FredBeans and they make purchasing a car an easy and straightforward process.
