Outstanding dealership with super professional staff. Never did I feel pressured nor were any unethical sales tactics used like at so many other car dealerships I’ve worked with in the past. The salesman we worked with, Connor, was very polite and made the process transparent and enjoyable. Same for the credit manager, Ajay. From start to end, a very pleasant and professional experience. I highly recommend Clinton Honda to anyone that is looking for a vehicle!
I've had my 2023 CR-V for 3 years now, and this was my first visit to Clinton Honda. I was shopping for a new dealership in the area to continue my service needs. I decided to try Clinton Honda for an oil change. But the quick, friendly and knowledgeable help provided by the service team (thanks Jim Barabas) surprised me and I ended up having several much needed items addressed on my car. My experience was from August 2024 but it was really quite great, finally getting around to posting a review.
I brought my Civic in due to suspected issues with the body control module (BCM). I explained the issue + my desire to utilize my 3rd party warranty service to the on-site service manager, Debbie, who listened to my concerns and validated they would work with the warranty company – an immediate relief. The suspected BCM issues were periodic, so the car needed to stay on property for a few days until the techs directly experienced the issue I described. They confirmed the BCM issue, obtained authorization/payment from the 3rd party warranty, and completed all work within the allowed warranty budget – meaning I had to pay nothing out of pocket (!!). Debbie did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the diagnosis, discussions with warranty, and performance of the repair. At the same time, since it was due and their price was reasonable, they performed a brake fluid & transmission fluid flush as well as oil change/tire rotation for me.
This was an overall great customer service experience and I wanted to shout out Debbie for her kindness, honesty, and helpfulness throughout. It’s really rare I’m so content with a service that I’m still thinking about it after a year.
Clinton Honda sets the standard for how a service department should operate. I brought in my new vehicle with an issue, and everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine friendliness.
The team was organized, the atmosphere felt like family, and I left with complete confidence in their work.
AJ deserves special recognition. He was patient, attentive, and made sure every detail was explained clearly. It’s rare to meet someone in this business who combines professionalism with such humility and kindness. Working with AJ was truly a pleasure.

I’m officially hooked on Honda! After dealing with a terrible experience at a well-known car manufacturer, I was recommended to the Honda Clinton Family and I’m so glad I was.
From the moment General Manager Mike called to share more information about the vehicle I was interested in, I could tell this experience would be different, in the best way. When I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Donna (who, by the way, makes the best homemade cookies—so good, they might just have you stopping by the dealership again just to say hi!).
My Sales Associate, Bud, didn’t miss a beat. He walked me through every detail about the vehicle before I even stepped in for the test drive. Then Chris, the Finance Manager, made sure I got the best possible deal, quickly and painlessly. The entire process was smooth, professional, and didn’t take up my whole day. I was even out in time to enjoy my son’s birthday evening.
All I can say is: this staff is absolutely amazing, start to finish. I’ll be shouting their praises to anyone who will listen. Don’t walk—RUN—to Honda Clinton for your next vehicle!
