From the very first conversation I had with Franco, he was incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs and concerns — which was especially important since I live in New York. When we finally met in person, our personalities immediately clicked. We spent some time chatting about our backgrounds and families before taking the Jeep I was interested in for a test drive.

After driving the first Jeep and feeling unsure, Franco didn’t rush me or push for a decision. Instead, he showed me other available options. As the day was winding down, Mike in finance began reviewing rates while Franco and I test-drove a second Jeep — a High Altitude Sahara. I knew right away that this was the one, even though it was a bit more expensive than the original vehicle I had in mind.

Both Franco and Mike were absolutely amazing. They were patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best solution. They worked hard to finalize everything that same day, even staying past closing time to make sure I could drive back to New York with my new Jeep.

The entire experience was outstanding — never once did I feel pressured or oversold. I love my new Jeep and am so grateful for the exceptional service and care I received. I highly recommend Novak Motors in New Jersey to anyone looking for a new Jeep.

Would I recommend Novak Motors NJ? That would be a big YES! I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from them and had another awesome buying experience. What made it such a geat experience? Here is my top 4 list:

1) Price - They are a no-nonsense dealer. Their prices are (market) priced fairly for a CPO car. They only charge a documentation fee (below what most other NJ dealers charge) and NO ADDITIONAL NONSENSE FEES that other dealers try to impose that can easily add thousands to the price! This makes negotiations straight forward.
2) Quality of their vehicles - Their inventory is nothing but excellent condition off-lease cars that are certified. Their certification is better than any other dealer! They truly do "the right thing" to get the vehicle ready for sale. For example my vehicle (with under 30K miles on the odometer) came with 4 new tires, oil change, new air filter, new cabin filter, and new premium wiper blades. You can easily browse their inventory on-line. They have extensive information with pictures and Carfax for their inventory
3) Their People - This is a small dealership and everyone you deal with is friendly, personable, and customer-focused.
4) Extended Warranty options - Comprehensive warranties available for far less $ than what you would pay for a comparable extended warranty at a Manufacturer's dealership plus you don't have to use the OEM Dealerships service / repair center if you don't want to.

So in summary, Novak is a very unique customer-focused dealership with premium vehicles. If you are in the market for a great Certified Used Car, I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

I had to think about this review. If there were half stars I would give them a 4.5 in ratings. There staff that I encountered deserve a 5. Everyone was pleasant and willing to make you comfortable. Other than the small inconvenience I had with the fog and parking lights. This was rectified while I waited. Also they were already looking into a loaner in the event the issue would have taken a fair amount of time. Even considered my height for the loaner vehicle. So let me end by saying it was a pleasurable experience and would recommend Novak Motors to family and friends in the future. Thank You Joel and the whole Novak Motors team.
