So glad I found this place. I had a great experience. The owner, John, was the one that took care of me. He was friendly and so helpful with all my questions. To my surprise, less than 24 hours later, he called with my repair finished and ready to be picked up. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my motorcycle repairs. I know from experience, it's hard to find a good place. Don't hesitate John, has the knowledge and its clear he values his customers. Thank you!
Drove about an hour and some change to get my rear shock serviced here, well worth the drive!
Being that my bike is older than I am, I will admit that part of me was worried that the process wouldn’t be so straightforward.
However, within less than a week I got a call that my shock was ready to go!
Gleefully made that same drive back up, set the shock up that same day and wow.

John at Cycle Pro absolutely dialed in my suspension. I sent him my forks and shock for a full service and respring, and the bike feels like a completely different machine. Way more planted in the rocks, tracks straight through the whoops, and doesn’t deflect off every root in the woods anymore.
He asked all the right questions about my weight, pace, and the type of riding/racing I do (ECEA hare scrambles/enduros), and he nailed the setup on the first try. Turnaround was fast, communication was solid, and the price was legit for the level of work he put in.

Brought my 23 CRF300L Rally to get: a tail tidy, new pro taper bar, levers, hand-guards, grips and double take mirrors.
