The kiddos love this place! Easy parking and a great park with access to a long bike trail as well. If you have a dog the dog park is right next to the bike track. My elementary aged kids love the beginner circle right off the parking lot and enjoy the green trail from the top of the hill. Everyone who we have shared the space with has been super nice and helpful when we had a few questions about how everything works. Plus it's FREE!
Plenty of parking
Bathrooms at the entrance of the park, not near the bike area
No playground
Dog friendly area available
Bring your own water
And helmets are required!
Drove an hour for the pump track and trails. We went on Columbia trail for 8 miles there and back, thinking maybe it was on the trail. Nope. Came back to the parking lot, and saw the "trails closed" sign. I tried looking for the pump track, but I think they demolished it. The only good thing was the polka dot cafe.
Edit: Although previously I stated I won’t be back, it might be worth taking a second look. It seems like I may have been there at a bad time, and others had a better experience than me so take my review with a grain of salt. Improved rating from 1 to 2 stars. Hopefully the next time I go there, I can give an accurate assessment.
It's a nice place to relax and watch your children ride or you can join in on the fun. I like the mix of a pump track and a downhill mountain bike trail. Lots of options.
Fun place to spend a few hours practicing or playing on some jumps. Four stars for being on one of the few places like this in NJ. Short, easy climbs back to the top. Close to Nassau Trails if you want to get some trail riding in as well.
Great spot for biking, a smaller pump track next to the parking area is perfect for kids and beginners, that connects into the flow trails that are throughout the woods. Very close to the Columbia trail and Main st High Bridge.
