Dr. David Orlans is an exceptional dentist who truly stands by his work. I had to come back multiple times for the same tooth, to the point where I joked that I must be his most frequent customer. Each time, Dr. Orlans was patient, reassuring, and clear that he stood behind his work, and he never charged me anything beyond the original treatment. I sincerely appreciated the time, care, and effort he put into making sure everything met his high standards and that I was fully satisfied as a patient. On top of that, the entire staff is incredibly polite, down to earth, and genuinely friendly. It’s clear they care about their patients, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Used to hate going to the dentist but now its something i look forward to. The staff are so kind and always accommodating. The hygienists are super gentle and thorough and Dr. Orlans always comes in with the jokes. He takes time with the patients to address any concerns and i always leave feeling so confident with my smile! A bonus is the music played in each room!

I can’t say enough good things about High Bridge Dental and Dr. David Orlans. I’ve been seeing Dr. Orlans since I was 13 years old, and now at 40, I can confidently say he is the most gentle, caring, and attentive dentist in all of New Jersey. He truly listens, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. The quality of care has been consistently outstanding for decades, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about his patients. I trust him completely with my dental health and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing experience! I haven’t been to the dentist for almost 4 years now and have been nervous to go back or to find out what might be wrong with my teeth, a good buddy of mine recommended Dr. Orlans to me and I decided to book an appointment with them, to my absolute pleasure they took my union insurance and I was able to get the cleaning and check up free on my insurance with only about $50 out of pocket! Dr Orlans is a super funny and kind man who really knows how to ease the experience of going back to the dentist after not being there, he didn’t give me crap for not going but told me I should frequently reschedule which I did with their lovely front desk people who were extremely patient and understanding of what I was going through, for anyone who is nervous about going back to the dentist I recommend Dr Orlans to you over anyone!
