Glenn's Pump & Well Repair

When we first moved in our new house , we saw Glenn’s Well was the service company of the previous owner . We just wanted our well to be serviced per home inspector recommendation.
So , we called them , left a message and never got a reply after a few days after . We made an appointment for service , and normally that was that .
After reading someone’s comment about them mixing up the time or place , they did same thing only , couple more people from Glenn’s called saying they’re returning our phone calls when we already made the appointment. Weird but we thought it’s how they do it here .
At that time , we had the feeling of unreliability or unorganized company. We just went through it since the previous owner used them in past and they know this well system.
Thankfully, the guy who showed up was polite, on time , honest and did his job well and kinda doesn’t fit with image of the people we spoke on the phone . Hence , the extra star ⭐️ for the guy .
We called them again about 2 months ago about the slippery feel of the water, and right away he said the pump need to be replaced that will cost us $600 plus without even coming in looking at it ! Who does that ?! He doesn’t even remember us as customer ! Thankfully, it all resolved on its own. Three weeks ago , we called them again for a different issue, and as of this writing, we still didn’t get a call back … see, what I mean ? Needless to say , we found a new company and we’re moving on ….

I called Glenns Well and Pump Repair to ask about coming to check why my pump was running continuously. He called me back and scheduled a time to come by. He came right on time and knew exactly what was wrong and gave an estimate for the repair. He called the next day and asked to come early. He came and did the repairs in record time and made sure everything was working. Very pleasant, on time, great work! Would recommend his company any time.

I have only used Glenn's for my well and water system needs. They have a nice combination of reliability, excellent service techs and what I perceive to be fair, honest pricing.
These guys have been around a long time and have good reputation, that speaks volumes.

Let me start by saying I am a contractor and our company lives on referrals and our reputation. So I am a HUGE customer service person. I judge it and teach it. I called Glen at 930pm Sunday and he answered on the first ring and said when is best for me to have them out. I said 8am Monday is fine. His service guy Steve called me to confirm and tell me when he would arrive. Steve was knowledgeable, polite and worked quickly. They were done replacing my well pump and well tank in under 2 hours. Job site was clean and neat. After they left I noticed some lost water pressure. I called Glen and they guys rushed back over. First thing the did was apologize. After determining we had some air in the lines in the house and a few clogged screens we were back in action. Excellent service! I hope to never have to have them back, but if i do i will only call Glens.
