A good place for bird watching. I saw a green heron, some grey catbirds, a chestnut sided warbler, house wren, yellow-bellied flycatchers and a deer. Parking is quite limited.
Great Fall birding for migrating waterfowl. Wood duck, pintail, hooded merganser, green winged teal, black duck, mallard, american wigeon, ring-necked duck. All easily seen in binocs. Multiples of each - many pairs.
Wonderful spot to observe nature. Changes everytime you visit.
Great place to look for ducks, herons, egrets and geese. There is very limited parking and you can only see the water from the road for a short distance but it is the biggest marsh in the area.
