Always a nice spot to take the dog, usually not too many people

Great bike path. We took a detour in Naugatuck and did the red trail. The Maeshattuck Trail is a great loop hike. There is a view that we did not expect.

Great place to walk and enjoy nature. Bring bug spray. Dogs are allowed.

I walk on the bridle trail, and it's very relaxing. There are parts of the trail that are almost impassable due to water not draining, and several inches of wet, soggy leaves. It has been this way for over 20 years, but it would be great if that problem could be resolved.

We walk around the pond for exercise when we're not working. It's quiet with lots of ducks in and out of the water. The ducks poop is sometimes on the sidewalk, you have to watch your step. There's a Port o Potty on site. I've never used it. 3 laps around the lake equal 1 mile.
