We came here after our dentist recommended he get checked out for braces. We began the whole braces process with Dr Siegel and his amazing staff. We could not be any happier! The staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient which is so important for keeping my son’s nerves at bay.. and mine as well! The dental assistants walk him step-by-step through absolutely anything they are going to do, speak directly to him and always ask him if he has any questions. Not only that but the games and activities they have set up for the children, and the coffee bar for adults is absolutely amazing! Can I recommend this doctors office enough! Can’t wait to see his final smile at the end.
We are new patients here, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far! The office is very clean and modern, and the staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and sweet. They made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to answer all of our questions. Well let me tell you, this place is completely OUTSTANDING ! I had sweet sixteen emergency that Jackson Orthodontics swept in and completely rescued. My daughter Gianna was not able to have her elastics changed because of some scheduling issues at her orthodontist ! She was about to turn 16 in front of a 100 guests with blue elastics and a pink dress! Jackson Orthodontics made an exception and helped save the sweet sixteen. I can’t thank the entire staff enough. Just a little kindness goes such a long way. This place has really made such a difference. We will not forget this !
