Payment paperwork does not always go through Then yoy find out at the end of the month when you get a letter.. So Noone notices this and does anything about it. Rude people. To buisy to take your payment. They don't answer the phone, only one working phone number. There team does nor call you back.
Rebecca is the absolute best! I have had the pleasure of working with her for nearly 4 years now & I truly feel like I'm in good hands lmao (literally) I know she is always going above & beyond to suit my needs and she's always just a call away when I need her. She helped me get a new policy for my new car today literally 30 minutes before I got to the dealership lol. She's the best. Thank you Rebecca & AllState :)
