People here are super-responsive. They know "just where to find what you need" which makes trips efficient and enjoyable.

Before today already one of my all time favorite businesses. Always greeted with a smile and how can I help you, every time.

I found an Allen wrench stuck in an almost brand new tire today after pulling off of 15. Sucker was flat. Ran in grabbed a plug kit and intended to remove the wheel walk it to Wawa, fill it up and walk it back.

But of course out comes Eric, the owner, tools in hand including a portable air gun. Gets in the ground to help me line up the wheel to access the damage. Let’s me use his tools and makes sure I’m ok before I go.

Folks, I have worked with hundreds of business and patronized as many or more. It simply does not get any better than here.

Can't say enough positive things about this place. I tend to always visit when I have oddball things that I need to find, like an eyelet for the end of a wire, some weird type of pipe fixing or tubing, or just how to understand how to fix a random something in my house. I rarely ever try to find what I need on my own. 30 seconds to ask the question, and I'm usually back at the register in another 60 seconds with what I need. In the 6 years I've lived here, they've only once not had what I needed, and it was an odd small chain for a pruning chainsaw, But they still help me figure out the information I needed to buy it elsewhere. Extremely helpful every time I go there. It's a shame. There's a few one-star reviews for not wearing masks, and some odd negative feedback, but this place is the place to go for anything, hardware or household related.

Eric and company are the best.

Go in there with a nut 🔩 and they will take the time to size up the proper bolt to go with it. All for a .79 cent sale, that they probably make a few cents on.

I have also gone in with a plumbing issue, and Eric has spent 5-10min listening to my issue, and then walking over to the plumbing connections and demonstrating how I would piece everything together to fix my issue.

I can list 10 more examples, but you get the point.

Also, they used to have the best black lab in store - Abby. Now they have a new pup, Cinder! Love the place, people, and the dogs 👍
