They were very kind courteous and on time when they said my car would be ready! They did a great job making my car look just like it did before I had all the damage. Karen called me every time she said she would to give me an update and I'm very pleased

Professional and friendly. Had damage to my car. Insurance sent me to jerry's. They did the estimate quickly. Decided not to repair. They put it back better then when I bought it in. One stop shop Rental agency on premises.

Did a nice job on body work, no complaints with that. Brought my car out when I came to pick it up and it had an almost flat (4.5 psi) tire. Also, the rims were coated with some kind of residue. They played stupid when I asked about it, but offered to take it in the back and see what they could do while I waited. Asked them to please air the tire too. Came back out 20 mins later, wheels were still wet and guy said "We cleaned it." No. Residue shows up when dry. I'm not stupid. Didn't air up tire either. I know tire had a slow leak, that wasn't their fault, but ended up airing it up myself right there with a 12 volt pump. Point is, it was obviously very low and they ignored it or weren't observant enough. GEICO spent over $5k for my repairs and between rental and deductible, I spent over $800. I expected better.

Work done was good. Very pleased.
Customer interaction was lacking. This is not North Jersey or NY. Just seems like urban business ethics to me.
