TGI Fridays

My server Erin was amazing! She is very polite, professional and made great food suggestions! The manager Hannah was visible walking around interacting with customers. This location is one of the last two TGIF's left on Long Island! They have happy hour appetizer and cocktail specials 3pm to 6pm and then 9p to close. It is close to the Long Island Ducks Stadium for a bite before or after a game! The General Manager Lorenzo has been here for years and is a staple in the restaurant business!

Erin was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly friendly. Her timing was perfect, our drinks were never empty, and she checked in just the right amount. She truly elevated our entire dining experience and is the kind of server that makes you want to come back. Thank you, Erin!

Walking into this place this evening was absolutely amazing. We came during Christmas completely decorated the environment is everything and was able to sit down immediately. I asked for some fries and all I wanted was fries and they came out all the way hot. And if y’all don’t understand what the happy hour is here be clear it is amazing. Five dollar happy hour Monday through Friday 3 to 6. Yep they break but then they come back open from nine to close and we were here on a Sunday. I loved it nine to close everything y’all get over here. And Erin our bartender was amazing! 🤩

Chris L. was very attentive and made good suggestions on drinks. The atmosphere was also very lovely and holly jolly. Drinks were very good but a bit sweet, not a big issue. Overall a good experience. Thank you Chris L.!! Need more servers like you!!

We come to this TGI at least once a week Mainly because of the service. Have never had issues with the food, service, or cleanliness. The Bartender CHRIS is amazinggggg. Allen is pretty good as well - don't see management too often. There is decorations for holidays and things to do (photobooth, etc) but it's really not brought to life from this management team. Especially not according to the promo emails I receive. So yeah TGI for the win really only because Chris holds half the restaurant down so effortlessly. If he leaves I probably wouldn't come back tbh.
