People need to go to another MD and get a taste of what real bad service is. Going into a waiting room packed full of people, waiting forever but really can’t tell because you’ve been in the waiting room for hours. Interrogated like a criminal. No compassion no bedside manner. And I’ve tried three other doctors besides her, because I was a little bit upset with the front desk people. But here’s the thing when you talk to the doctor she will override whatever BS the front desk is saying. She will go to bat for you and help you out anyway that she can. She is an awesome pediatrician and she Is one of the good ones left, and some people will be begging for her once some new up-and-coming pediatrician tries to take her place. Please I beg you Doctor stay in business until you can as long as you can please you are the best doctor. You are our only fighting chance for our family thank you for all that you have done.
Dr. Jethwa is amazing with children she's very passionate. Unfortunately we have to be honest, her staff at the front desk are unprofessional at times. They lack the ability to communicate in a sense of not only talking but listening to patents and addressing concerns as well as properly relaying the information to Dr. Jethwa when needed. I've gone to Dr. Jethwa as a child and as a parent I've chosen to use Dr. Jethwa because she genuinely dedicate her self to her field. Yet I wisg her office had as much passion and drive as Dr. Jethwa and use this platform to genuinely care for children and provide assistance and comfort to parents, keep your attitude and negative energy at home. (The wait time is an issue as well, even when your the first appointment of the day your waiting around as if theres a slew of patients in front of you)
Love Dr Jethwa she's the best love how she care for my kids. I like all her workers except that one with the nasty attitude always rolling her eyes and getting smart on the side line if Dr Jethwa wasn't so good with my kids o would have been switched doctors and the only reason she she comes in after 11 is because allot of mother's that give birth to their babies request her as their newborns doctor so she go to hospital first to check on babies she's a great doctor
My son has been coming here since he was two days old, now forward 5-1/2 years later Dr. Jethwa is by far one of the best pediatricians in Elizabeth, NJ. The wait is never more than 20-30 min , it's never packed and once in the room to be seen she's with us usually 15-20 mins while she attends to other patients in other rooms.
Our fastest was probably 30+ min in total that's if we don't go in for vaccines.
Should always call ahead for an appointment.
Dr. Jethwa is an awesome Dr!
