I had a great experience here with both my 11 year old and myself. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. I was nervous about the exam because I haven't been in a while, but the doctor eased my fears and explained everything to me as she went. Please don't let fear hold you back from taking care of your health, once you're in the office you'll be glad you went.
My family and I have a lovely experience every time we are in for an appointment. Most of the time my young son has to come with me and they are very patient with me as well as him! Everyone is very welcoming, the dr always listens to any concerns I may have. Highly recommend this team
It's not zero stars I'm not here to write a review just a claim. I went to this place, had my eyes checked out. I can say they did they're jobs right, the doctor found a cornea scratch. Then called 3 times for important questions like if exercise and feeling pain is an issue (the doctor said its fine) and if the cornea scratch would be healed(they said its a life long management because my left eye doesn't close fully). The third question is if their are things that I shouldn't do because of the scratch, because I didn't know If it was too small for it to be an issue or if having it could limit me like if I got hit or any thing that touches it could be an issue. Now I'm not making any assumptions but the lady at the front desk sounded tired when she said about calling back but she didn't. If she forgot its fine, but if she and the doctor were annoyed that I called 3 times in one week its disrespectful. It makes sense to ask important questions if I never had a complete explanation to begin with.
But if this was review and she forgot 5 stars and if they were annoyed 0 stars.
Let me start off, this location was great, had no issues and the Doctor was great however I just experienced the billing department or lack of and the unprofessionalism with them. I went to the office in February and I just received a bill for the Co-Pay in the end of August that looks fictictous and I called them. The bill did not have the doctors name on it and did not have the location. I called and spoke with Dorothy to question its leigitmacy, she was friendly however I realized how poor that office operates for billing. I aksed who they were and why they had an office I never went to, she then said I went to the Haddonfield office yet I was never there. Once she figured out where I went I asked why it took 7 months to receive a bill for a co-pay that I could of just paid the day I went. She said it took insurance that long to do thier side however insurance completed it on April 19th yet it still took 5 months to send an incorrect billing statement. I asked for a bill to be sent with the actual address for my records and I would pay online on a portal. I was then informed that they do not have online payments like every other doctor in NJ in 2025. So, Doctors and office service was great but when I see how outdated and poorly the billing and offifce management works there it makes me concerned the doctors are not up to date with current procudures and treatments if they cannot even operate the office properly.
This is my second visit this month and each visit was a great experience. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The doctor was patient and explained everything in layman’s terms. I felt comfortable asking questions when I did not understand. Definitely recommend other patients to visit this office in Pemberton, NJ. Also, they have a great selection of candy for patients 😁
