VF Dance & Fitness

I am currently taking Salsa dance classes at VF Dance & Fitness. I highly recommend this studio. Vanessa and Franco are EXCEPTIONAL dance instructors providing ALL students with a positive and supportive atmosphere. But, most importantly their patience and dedication to teaching is truly inspiring.

I love VF Dance classes! Vane and Frank are amazing teachers — not only are they former competitive dancers, but they also teach with so much kindness and positive energy. Their studio has become my happy place and a big part of my mental and physical well-being. It truly feels like family here. I’ve tried many places in the area, but nothing compares to VF Dance Studio!

This is an excellent dance studio. It is very clean and well lit. Vanessa and Franco are supportive , kind and fun-loving. They create authentic choreography in salsa and bachata and train their students to dance socially or to perform at various public events. Performances have been wonderful and the matching costumes are a beautiful creative touch. Vanessa’s ladies styling class is superb, it goes way beyond steps and is a good way for ladies to learn how to add in styling and flair to their dances. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Dancing with Vanessa and Franco at VF dance & Fitness changed my life in infinite positive ways. This place is so friendly and welcoming; the energy is amazing! From taking the first step ever into the dance world or even advancing to the highest potential this is the place to be! Every single class is SO much fun and you learn so much you’ll be wanting to show off your moves wherever you go! At least once a month they have an EPIC dance party with a special dance class right before and everyone is so open to dance with each other it’s an extremely comfortable and great experience that you wouldn’t want to miss every time! Totally recommended to any person in the dance world or looking for that place to begin it all!

You can really see your progress each week while still having fun. Vane and Franco are just amazing! Their level, creativity, and passion for teaching are on another level, and they’ve built such a beautiful community around the studio. If you’re thinking about taking dance classes in New Jersey, this studio in Princeton is 10/10..
