I trained at Ludas for about a year and it was awesome. Plenty of space and tons of quality equipment. But the best part was the community, everybody knew each other and the environment was extremely welcoming. You had people from all walks of life in there training and improving themselves. I would absolutely recommend Ludas for anyone who's looking for a top quality gym with a fantastic community.
Ludus Performance Gym is an amazing place to train, and Renee is a fantastic trainer! She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and really cares about helping you reach your goals. Every session with her is challenging yet enjoyable, and she always makes sure you’re improving with the right technique. I’ve seen great results since training with Renee and would highly recommend both her and Ludus Performance Gym.
I absolutely love working out at Ludus Performance! The environment is not only friendly, but super motivating since everyone there is there to WORK. They have everything you need, in addition to everyone. All the staff are so kind, but working with Coach Renee was a real treat. She’s so fun to work with, but also keeps me moving. I could not appreciate her consideration for my old injuries enough, and her helping me set new goals! If you want to get into the gym but are unsure how to, definitely reach out to Coach Renee, she can help you with anything you need (And if you’re lucky you might get to see her fluffy puppy assistant Coach Leo). Ludus is totally the place to be, and I’m so happy to have gotten to lift there and work with Coach Renee!
I’ve been going to the Ludus gym for several months now and it’s been a great experience.
I was out of shape, self-conscious, and nervous when I first checked out Ludus gym, but as soon as I arrived the friendly staff put me at ease. From the patrons to the staff, people there have been incredibly friendly and it’s nice to get know them.
All the coaches there are great to work with. I found them to be knowledgeable, kind, and down-to-earth. It’s a really supportive environment to work out in. I look forward to going each time and always feel good after I leave.
I’ve worked with Renee and not only has she been an incredible coach, she has an extraordinary amount of knowledge, not just as a fitness coach, but the human body, because she’s also a chiropractor. I’ve had the opportunity to do fitness coaching with her so far, and she has taught me so much. I’m more confident about my nutrition choices from the knowledge she’s shared with me, and I’m getting stronger in ways that I didn’t realize were possible. It’s been an empowering experience so far that I’m really enjoying.
I’m so glad I found this gym. It’s a bit hidden away in a strip mall (Lots of free parking available outside) but it’s there. I recommend you look for it: it’s a hidden gem!
My trainer Renee is amazing! She’s helped me feel comfortable coming back to the gym and especially with lifting, which used to feel intimidating for me. Renee creates such a welcoming space and has a way of helping me get out of my head so I can just focus on training. The whole team here, trainers and owners alike, are so kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. I can’t recommend Renee (and Ludus) enough!
