Alina is wonderful! She truly cares about your health and well-being, and her dedication shows in every class. She is attentive and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend if you want to start Pilates!

I had a car accident in the past. Was in pain and had a restricted range of motion. Tried multiple professionals before, including physical therapists, sports medicine, pain medicine, etc. Wasn't much help. Now I am coming to Albina for 1 year. She give you a personal attention and care for you to achieve results.Can state that my range of motion is greatly improved. Posture and flexibility are visibly better. The studio is extremely clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was hooked. Albina is an amazing instructor who not only challenges you, but teaches you proper technique as well. I’ve tried other Pilates classes but I have never encountered someone with such expertise, professionalism and who is truly such a joy to work with.
