Excellent care by the doctors and optometrist. Clerical staff were friendly. All took the time to make sure my questions were answered. In no way did I ever feel rushed. Nice selection of glasses and lenses along with up to date options such as “Transitios”. Overall a much better experience compared to shops in malls that I used in the past.

My visit was pleasant; the doctor was very patient, highly professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Her entire team was very kind.

We used to go here some time back however one thing which stands out is they don't explain the "Advanced Retinal Exam" and there's a nice charge for it. They tell you it's mandatory however no one told us about this over the phone. They're great opticians however charges like these should be explained over the phone very directly. Basically upfront. I'm sure there are benefits to this additional screening however my recommendation is let the customer decide whether they'd like this additional screening and not make it mandatory. I have no issues with them or this location however recommendation is to make communication, especially regarding this additional test, crystal clear. There should be no last minute surprises at all.

I've never had an appointment with an optometrist like Dr. Kaur before. From the very beginning until the very end of the appointment she behaved as a true professional: took all possible exams (some of them I never had before), explained me every tiny details and explicitly demonstrated where the issues are. I didn't have a feeling being under the pressure, lacking of time to reply all my questions or up charges - an extra thanks for that, it still happens nowadays. Another surprise came when she recommended me the exact drops I used to used before living out of the country - we were completely on the same page. With such a neat and meticulous approach, complete exams and comprehensive recommendations I'm her patient in the future - giving all my trust and credits since the 1st visit.
