My experience with this spay center was fantastic from start to finish. I submitted an appointment request online to get my cat, Pikachu, neutered, and I was contacted by Adam within like 30 minutes. Getting everything confirmed was a breeze. I got to the center the morning of the appointment and the check-in was seamless. Adam got me checked in so fast - literally it took like 2 minutes. I came back later that day to pick up Pikachu and had the pleasure of seeing Adam again who brought Pikachu out and gave me the discharge instructions and sent me an e-mail confirmation of everything done, and I was out within a few minutes as well. Pikachu has been doing great after his procedure. He was eating and drinking normally as soon as I brought him home, and was standing and sitting normally as well. I'm so pleased with the whole experience. Adam was absolutely amazing to interact with. And the center itself is super cute and so nicely maintained and clean. I recommend this center for anyone thinking about neutering or spaying their cat. They are so affordable and don't overcharge like most other places. On top of that, you get top-notch customer service, and your pet gets top-notch treatment services. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Preventive Paws is truly a lifesaver. Our rescue, North Jersey Kitty Committee, has brought hundreds of cats and kittens to this office for spay/neuter, vaccines, FIV/FeLV testing, and microchipping—and every single time, the experience has been exceptional. We have also used them for surgeries such as ruptured eye removal, degloved tail removal, and more.

Dr. Park is an absolute angel, the kind of veterinarian you dream of finding: compassionate, skilled, patient, and wholeheartedly dedicated to animal welfare. Her care has changed the lives of so many animals in our rescue, and we are endlessly grateful.

Their pricing is the best you’ll find within a 100-mile radius, and yet the quality of care is unmatched. The facility itself is spotless, organized, and genuinely welcoming… something you don’t often find in high-volume clinics. Actually, you rarely ever find this amazing of a place.

And a special shoutout to Adam, who is always kind, warm, and incredibly helpful. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported and cared for by the entire team.

If you’re looking for a vet clinic that combines affordability, compassion, and top-tier medical care, Preventive Paws is the gold standard. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

Preventative Paws did an amazing job neutering my cat Astro. The price was very reasonable, they had pretty open availability, and I love that the neuter came with a nail clipping and rabies vaccine. I also added on installing a microchip. He recovered great and has been a much happier boy since getting fixed. Thank you :))

Amazing staff and took excellent care of my puppy. Very friendly and organized and easy to make an appointment. I’m very grateful to them they were supportive of me waiting until my dog was 6 months old before we neutered him. I’m not an expert but the first night home after surgery my puppy already has zoomies and his incision is very tiny

I wanted to share a word of thanks for all of the staff at Preventive Paws. Not only did we get our little guy neutered there, we also had a need for a necessary vaccination that was unplanned. Dr. Park and Adam were so kind, patient, and accommodating. They worked with us and spent time discussing everything before our visit. We never felt rushed on the phone or in person. I’m truly thankful we found such a caring facility for our pet. I highly recommend Preventive Paws!
