My 6 year old Tuxedo, Betty, would not eat. I was so concerned about her and received amazing care by Dr Kris. After two visits her issues were diagnosed and treated. Betty's back ro being a happy kitty, running around, playing and most importantly eating well. Thank you Dr Kris for taking such excellent care of my Betty and her Mom. The staff I came in contact with, either in person or on the phone, were very kind and understanding. I highly recommend Dr Kris and Hodes veterinary group.
Very compassionate doctors. They gave my cat the very best care. My cat was very fractious (very scratchy and bitey) but I loved him very much and they treated him as if he was the sweetest kitty. Excellent level of care. I highly recommend them.
Oh what to say about Hodes..Dr Kris has been instrumental in caring for my medical lemon of a pup. Two tplos, IVDD, and then MCT (which she caught when my other vet dismissed it as just a cyst without doing any testing). Dr Kris is an excellent doctor who is also willing to work with me on my more holistic tendencies and keeps me sane. We moved over an hour away and I still plan on taking him to Hodes for care. That should say all you need to know!
Dr. Kris is wonderful. She has cared for my cat for 15 years... I even adopted him from Hodes! She's very caring and thorough and the entire staff is kind and friendly.
I’ve always liked their services, everyone is nice and they give excellent care to their patients.
However, on recent visit, one staff repeatedly said that my dog was acting a certain way because he wasn’t getting attention at home. Up until we were about to leave and there were a lot of other people in the clinic, she said my dog loved staying because he gets attention there. I felt so embarrassed.
I get that they can interpret animal behaviors, but everyone else was nice enough not to say anything, except her. If she was really concerned with my dog’s well being, then she should have talked to me - privately. Not in front of everyone else. What was she trying to achieve in doing that?
She may know how to interpret animal behaviors, but she doesn’t know the situation people are in, the battles people silently fight. I hope this particular person gets to be more discreet, like everyone else.
