    Best decision I ever made was to work both Aaron and Kara. Starting at what I would consider a low point, health wise in 2022, Aaron and Kara have been beyond supportive, encouraging and a driving force in my steady and continuous health improvements. Their dedication, commitment, and attention to every aspects of their clients health is unparalleled.     SmartFit Health & Wellness coaching and support is changing my life! The exercise and nutrition program is designed to give consistent advice and support. The convenience of remote access helps me stay on track. Aaron and Kara are knowledgeable and experienced coaches, who are fun to work with!!

    I found the Styku scan to be eye opening and a reality check. I am even more motivated now and have a better idea of what I need to work on rather than what I thought I needed. I printed out a copy of the results and put it where I can see them as a visual motivator for the next scan. Love that it can now guide my trainer and I for more optimum results.

    As a college tennis player and full-time athlete, I had extensive past surgeries. I had shoulder problems in the hip mobility problems, and physical therapy was not seeming to help speed my recovery. I was suffering from lower back pain as well. All of these problems seemed too much to surmount, but once I started seeing Aaron, my recovery began.

    Through focusing on simple exercises with perfect form, Aaron helped show me that functional exercises could be the answer to my problems. He showed me how to position myself to work out with good form, for example; he taught me how to flatten my back by tilting my pelvic bowl which made a huge difference in my core strength and lower back pain.

    Aaron also emphasizes a strong focus on stretching and rolling. We spent many sessions rolling out muscles where things felt in distress and doing light, long stretches to alleviate discomfort. I now use these techniques at home every day. Aaron is an extremely knowledgeable trainer who can help with a variety of physical ailments.

    Before I started working out with Aaron of SmartFit Health and Wellness I thought I needed to go to a gym with specialized equipment in order to get a full body workout. I was wrong! Aaron has shown me how to strengthen my muscles using my own body weight and minimal equipment (like dumbbells, which I already had).

    Unlike some of the other trainers I’ve worked with, Aaron understands that some exercises need to be modified so they don’t hurt a body my age (think: knees!).

    I also appreciate Aaron’s knowledge of how muscle groups connect throughout the body. Having fibromyalgia I often come to a session with painful knots; Aaron shows me where to target the pain and work it out with stretching, strengthening, and self-massage (“rolling”).

    In a year I have gotten stronger, fitter, and lost 7 pounds (even though I gained muscle muscle mass).

    This is a long review, but it reflects how strongly I feel about recommending Aaron!
