Here's an actual review and not one that is annoyingly fake. I have no idea what my server's name was and it doesn't matter. He was friendly and service was good. The ramen and gyoza were very good but on the pricey side, though the kid's meal combo is a good deal and plenty for a young child.
Hands down the best ramen I have had in Jersey!! We tried 3 types, Jinya Original, Spicy Chicken and Jinya tonkatsu black. They allow substituting pork with chicken for the ramen.. All were a-amazing!!! We also did Sake flight and cocktails.. again great! The reservation support, servers were gave us a great experience! Our server Natalie answered all our questions and provided some great recommendations. It can get busy at peak hours so reservations recommended. Other servers were warm friendly and always had a smile on their face which is a rare sight in many NJ restaurants.. I want to come here to really try all other options on the menu.. eyeing chicken wonton next
First time here and I can’t believe we live so close and haven’t been yet. Will DEF be back, everything was great. Really good fancy drinks as well. Small but perfect desserts. My compliments to the chefs. Suzi our server was super friendly and attentive A+
Every time I visit JINYA Ramen Bar, it somehow gets better. My journey with this place started in Florida, then North Carolina, and now New Jersey, and each visit leaves me with the same thought: I have to come back again!
We ordered the Flying V Harvest Ramen, made with Impossible meat, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, hearty, and full of layers of flavor, comforting yet exciting in every bite. The tofu and veggies were perfectly cooked, and the presentation was as beautiful as the taste.
We also tried the V Red Fire Opal Ramen, which had a lovely tangy twist from the lemon, bright, fresh, and completely different from the first, but just as good.
To top it off, I had one of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever tried, smooth, smoky, and balanced perfectly, not harsh at all. It paired amazingly with the ramen.
From the warm atmosphere to the impeccable flavors, JINYA continues to impress me wherever I go. Highly recommend for ramen lovers, it's an experience that keeps calling you back!
This was our first time at JINYA. We found the place on google while searching for ramen spots and JINYA did not disappoint. Our server Javier was great. He was on top of everything, made our experience so much better. Our food tasted amazing. Ramen was perfectly cooked and the broth was very savory. Tuna tacos are a must try. I’m still thinking about the flavor.
