Where Do I start. We came across Jenn while independently arriving at one of her listings. From then on she welcomed us and worked with us till we found our first home. The journey was exciting , confusing , slow . Lots of mind changing and lots of emotions , but through it all , Jen Spano guided us. The home we purchased was not even her posting. I have no idea where to begin. My journey started with another realtor and I have been working for months with. I believe it was 4 months and 3 houses that we decided to move forward with someone else. As we are getting ready to leave Texas I had to book an Airbnb for a month till I find something. I got asked, “what’s your forwarding address”? Sad to say I don’t have one. I called Blaise and kinda was a therapist during the beginning. I had issues 3 houses that fell through so my experience with realtors in this area had been horrible. Relocating from Texas to New Jersey I had became homeless and needed to be placed in a home asap. The day I spoke with Blaise not even 10 passed when he found a home to my expectations and had the offer accepted! I still was hesitant because how could this guy make it happen in less than 10 days when I was with someone for 4 months and every time was back to square one? Not only did we get the house in less than 30 days but everything I was worried about he ironed out. His connection with an attorney because I don’t know of one out here and everyone else. Blaise was always on time and professional. He knew how to win other bids and prepare us for the win. Now we are in our new home and changing our bills over. I have an address to forward my mail too.
