My name is Sue. I am a long time resident of Brielle. As I've gotten older doctors have stressed the importance of bone strength. I have been going to the Messner Strength Training gym for a little over two years now. Jon is great! He focuses on posture, balance, and of course very personalized strength training exercises. I’ve been working out with Jon for 10-years and I credit him and his program for keeping me healthy and strong over thousands of miles of long-distance hiking and running.
