Finally started going there to drop off brush and pick up mulch after years of not knowing about it, and what a convenience. Going back there today in fact, to finish what I started weeks ago. Welcoming staff, easy accessibility, five stars from me.

Good free mulch, but it will have weed seeds in it. Great place to get rid of garden debris between pickups.

Excellent facility for Princeton and Lawrence residents to drop off brush and leaves, and to pick up mulch and topsoil!

Their compost is much better than store bought garden soil. The same cucumber seedlings that were planted in their compost mixed with peat moss are growing so much faster and healthier than the ones planted in the miracle-gro garden soil. I am very grateful that we have a place like this, which gives out free compost and mulches. I may try to make my own compost as well, but being able to get a large amount of compost from there is so great. Wonderful way of recycling the leaves and branches that they collect, and making them useful. Thank you, Eco center!

Great place for Princeton or Lawrence residents to get free wood chips or plant soil. Everything comes from recycled leaves and branches. Just awesome.
