I was very pleased with the entire process of dealing with AMTEK, from the day I was given the estimate to the day the job was completed. My central air conditioning unit died during one of the worst heatwaves this past August. After getting 3 or 4 estimates, Anthony was the only one who said they could do the job right away instead of having to wait another month for the other companies. The crew was reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I would recommend Anthony and his crew very highly. AMTEK offers an excellent 10 yr warranty and I am confident that I will have no problem if I ever do need to call for service. They are A-#1 in my book!

The staff at Amtek are professional and very personable. Additionally, they were able to provide service the next day when calling late in the afternoon the day before. Our previous HVAC company could only provide an appointment 4 days later. Our system failed on 19 Jul 2019 with temperatures were nearing 100 degrees. Alex had us up and running in about an hour, which included 4 major components replaced and a full system check. Exceptional service!

I can’t emphasis enough how happy I’ve been with Amtek for many years. I always feel confident they will be there for if I need them. Their professional yet friendly staff is always aces. They ALWAYS respect my home which is very important to me. Both the owner, and his workers know their stuff. My recent maintenance call was exceptional as always. Mike and Alex were prompt and did my maintenance in a very timely manner. They also installed wireless thermostats which work so well!! I can’t say enough about this company. Amtek came to my home on a Sunday when our A/C unit broke. They were fast, efficient and had my air back and running within an hours time. Highly recommend the professional service they give including protecting my homes integrity by placing booties on there boots to keep my floor clean. Awesome job and would definitely use again!

I cannot recommend Amtek highly enough - we had an excellent customer experience! The humidity levels in our home were extremely low - as low as 12% and never higher than 21% unless a room humidifier was running. Although it looked as if there might not be sufficient space in our utility closet to add a whole house humidifier, the technician took photos and promised to look at other options. The very next morning, we received a call to say that Anthony wanted to come install the unit, as he knew how to handle the space issue. Several hours later, the job was complete! Later, returning home after an appointment, we were thrilled to see that the humidity levels had already reached the upper 30’s. They are now in the mid 40’s, and I can feel the difference in the air! Anthony explained every aspect of the job, the work was completed neatly and efficiently, and most importantly, we were so happy to do business with a company that obviously cares for their customers.
