Josh Key has a way of teaching that makes you feel safe, which is particularly important to me as a female seeking self-defense training for empowerment. I started off with individual training sessions. He takes the time to personalize his approach for each student, finding out what works best for them. In contrast, I have trained at several gyms where I felt the coaches were either apathetic or neglectful of safety. Although Josh's emphasis on proper technique can be frustrating at times, his teaching style is unparalleled, regardless of whether you're learning boxing, self-defense, wrestling, MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, or general fitness. I didn't realize how effective his classes were for strength training and weight maintenance until I stopped attending them regularly. I will always be a dedicated fan!!! 5/5

The Josh Key-Allen Boxing Program has been fantastic for my son. Josh is an exceptional instructor who teaches not only boxing skills but also self-control, discipline, and respect. His dedication to the kids is evident in every class.

Both my son and I are big fans of Josh Key’s BJJ. Throughout the week not only do we get a solid physical workout through the gym’s fitness training, but we also have the opportunity to learn MMA, Boxing and BJJ via the many different classes available. The gym is very friendly to both children and adults and there are always tunes playing. Anyone that spends time here is certain to see gains towards their personal fitness goals.

Great experience at the gym,and great people. The coach makes sure you understand the material you're practicing so you can teach it to someone else. The training and sessions also intense and very active.

Josh is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. His keen attention to every detail, passion for teaching, and willingness to work with every student(no matter what their rank is) are what that set him apart from the other instructors. Unfortunately, I had to leave the city due to personal reasons but his teachings helped me get used to any new gym that I had gone to after leaving the city.
