I had a great experience over here. The team was very professional, and really took the time to explain what was wrong with my car without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They fixed the issue quickly and did a solid job, and the shop was clean and well-run. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but KDM definitely earned mine. I’ve been in search of a good and honest mechanic for quite some time. I would use the dealership and they were continuously ripping me off. Ken is honest, fair and a great mechanic! My car was in need of quite a bit of work and KDM quoted me half of what the dealership wanted. I will continue to use KDM and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
Great Work at Reasonable Prices
Went to the Audi dealer and was not happy with what they had to say. I felt Audi just had their hands in my pockets. I looked hard online for a German car mechanic and found KDM had glowing reviews. I went to his shop and was pleasantly surprised! Ken has great credentials as a mechanic, is honest, uses quality parts and his pricing is reasonable. He is not looking to rip anyone off. I highly recommend KDM!

Ken is honest, fair and absolutely great in assessing what needs to be done and does it in a timely manner. He prioritizes what’s important, fixes those first and then recommend other work for preventative measures without pushing you to do it now too. He definitely works with his clients in terms of budget concerns. He tries to find the best price of parts etc for everyone. He treats every client not only as a friend but like a family.
I would expect that his team is the same way.
