I have been coming to Dr. David Klugman for over 30 years. He is the ultimate professional and a very skilled dentist! His staff ( Lucy, Katie) are also fantastic! I highly recommend this office.

I visited David Klugman’s office on October 2, 2024, for the first time after seeing so many good online reviews and recommendations on the Exit 138 Facebook page.

For reference, I’ve been going to another dentist for years but lately the cleanings have been a bit “lazy”. This last cleaning, I left really disappointed with some stains on the back of my front teeth and other areas after the dentist had just “cleaned” them, so I sought to get another cleaning done else where.

Luckily, Lucy, the Hygienist, at Klugmans office did a fantastic job. I can’t recommend her enough, she was thorough, took her time in the areas I had sensitivity, explained everything she was going to do, and really understood what I wanted. She gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had in my life period! My teeth feel so clean and smooth, she removed all the stains, and even removed the trouble spots where I have my permanent retainer.

In addition, Dr. Klugman noticed issues that my regular dentist never told me about, which is concerning since I have regular check ups and cleanings every six months.

In summary, I highly recommend Lucy and Dr. Klugman for your dental needs, I will be making the switch to them going forward. ✨

I want to start off with saying that I do not do reviews often however today I have to acknowledge a true medical professional. I was a New Jersey EMT for 10 years and understand patient care. Dr. Klugman should be giving classes to ALL medical professionals on patient care. I started to have some tooth pain and needed care quickly. I called Dr. Klugman at 8:00 am and was in his office at 9:00 am for care that same day. He explained every step and made me feel safe. For someone who has a fear of the dentist, his comfort was priceless. I never said anything about having a fear of dentists and it made it better when he took the initiative to be as caring as he was. His office was clean and well kept. His staff was just as professional as he was. I cannot say enough amazing things about this dentist.

To make a long story short, if you don’t feel amazing at your dentist EVERY TIME you are there, then you need to call Dr. Klugman and make your next appointment with him! Dr. Klugman and his staff make you feel like family! Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope this makes you feel as comfortable as I am with going to the dentist now.

I've been going for about 20 years to well-heeled sophisticated Park Ave. dentists (three) and the last one, asked me $5,000 for a crown.. Refusing to pay that, I asked one of my best friends to recommend someone out of town and he recommended Dr. Klugman from New Jersey. Not only is his office and premises, really sweet and homey but he's really proficient at his job, and pleasant plus reasonable with his rates.

I highly recommend Dr. Klugman to anyone, in Manhattan or out because a patient wants to be treated decently, with empathy and of course precision - and at a fair price.
