I drove 4 hours so these guys could work on my equipment. I could have went some where closer but my equipment deserves the best because my clients deserve the best. I purchase alot of things from these guys and it is always shipped quick and the prices are always spot on. The whole crew is amazing from mike in the front and the boys in the back and Kevin and Rima are always friendly and fun.

I am a home owner and not a contractor. I sanded and refinished my master bedroom oak floor a couple of years ago. I purchase the sealer etc from KO and they were very helpful in directing us on what material to use after I had finished the sanding. We are in the midst of a kitchen/dining room total remodel from our 1957 kitchen. We are putting a new entry way into the kitchen from the living room. The living room has the same oak hardwood flooring as most of the rest of the house. We needed to purchase some pieces of Oak flooring to fill in and replace one row next to the wall in the living room. We decided from the help we had from KO before that we would go to them to get the flooring that we needed. We were hoping that we could just purchase a small quantity but we had to purchase a whole bundle which we fully understood. I had sent my wife to do the task. After she brought them home the contractor opened the bundle up and put down the pieces. My contractor then told us and showed us that many of the oak floor boards were warped. I had my wife take them back to KO. I wished that I had taken them back. They told her that there was nothing wrong with the boards. You just needed to lay them on the floor for a while. They asked her why she did not bring the others back etc. They would not take back the warped boards or even offer any type of exchange. They completely humiliated her and she was very upset. I was very disappointed in how they treated her and wished that I had been the one to return them. Maybe this is how oak flooring comes, warped etc. I don't know. I do know there were some of them that were straight and my contractor used those to fill in what they needed. The contractor was the one that pointed out that they were warped as well. Either way the people at KO could have dealt with my wife in a better way. I was very disappointed in our second experience using them. That is why the 2 star review.

I've been a floor refinisher for over 25 years and I have been to too many distributors KO flooring is by far the best distributor I have ever dealt with they always make enough time for my concerns and always have my products in stock. Also keeping machines running smooth I love KO floors. Always top notch materials.
