Some of the reviews here are very misleading. I personally witnessed a bad review left about the “all-you-can-eat sushi” on a day when that option was not offered. I was there that same day, and the review also left out important details about why the manager called the police.

For context, the all-you-can-eat menu clearly states that each person may order up to 10 pieces of sashimi, with unlimited sushi rolls. The individuals involved demanded more than the allowed sashimi, refused to order sushi rolls, and ignored what was clearly written on the menu. The manager explained this to them multiple times. Even after the restaurant tried to accommodate them by giving more than what was allowed, they became upset and said they would not pay.

The server explained that if they refused to pay, the police would have to be called. They then made a large scene about paying, caused a disturbance, were recording staff, and were being disrespectful, which disrupted the entire restaurant. Other guests, including my family and me, were disturbed by the situation to the point that we even offered to pay the bill (it was around $50), but the manager declined because it was a matter of principle. You cannot go into a private establishment and try to tell the staff or management how to run their restaurant or make up your own rules after being clearly informed of the policy.

I’ve been coming here for over three years and have brought family, friends, and even corporate parties for hibachi. We have never had an issue. The manager has always been kind, professional, and respectful, and we’ve consistently had great experiences with the food and service.

First time dining in establishment since it was shogun YEEEEARS ago.
I still love this place. The wait can be long at times and the wait staff sometimes doesn’t understand English well (which is fine with me tbh). I always order sushi from here so we decided to get the sushi boat and we got a shareable drink. Had a good time. Will return.

Great restaurant to have an amazing hibachi meal. The staff was pleasant and fast. Our chef put on an excellent show. The food was all excellent and plentiful. We had a wide range of items in our party, the filet mignon, chicken, shrimp, and scallops and they were all fresh and cooked to perfection. And they have a liquor license so you can enjoy a drink with dinner. We will definitely be back.

We dined here last night as we were driving by the restaurant. The service is fast and staff are friendly.
The Sushi rolls were delicious.
We also ordered Veg Tempura and veg Fried rice and found both of these to be very oily.
There is amole of parking space.

Nice hibachi place. We have been here multiple times always fun with big group. The staff is good and helpful. We had fun with the chef and his live action. Overall nice experience
