Kurth Cottage

I went there to get a covid-19 vaccine shot. The parking was crowded but I managed to find a spot quickly. The vaccine procedure was smooth and efficient. Just follow the instructions.
The staffs are super kind. Register - Shot - Rest. DONE.

Lunch was very good, quick turn around. Servers were a little cold, seemed like there was a management problem. But the employees need to know "do not project your personal problems on the clients".

actually, a very nice little coffee shop. Their coffee is very good and the other little snack items they have all looked very good and the ones I tried were quite tasty. While they are a little bit pricey it is a hospital coffee shop and I almost would have expected it to be more expensive and was pleasantly surprised that it was not.

Kurth Cottage is on the grounds of The Valley hospital. It is open for families, visitors, staff, and the community. The signature salads are huge and most of the entrees come with chips or fries (for a little more). They have a grab and go section with breakfast and lunch items. It is an above average hospital food experience and diners place their order and are served at tables spread out in 2 rooms. There is also counter areas for more casual dining. While the dining experience is quiet and subdued, the decor needs a face lift as it is a bit 80's inspired. If you have to eat hospital food, this is a nice alternative.
