I can't say enough about Dr. Chapple—he's truly the best neurosurgeon I've ever encountered, and that's saying something after a lifelong history of brain issues for me and my family. From the moment I reached out in a panic, desperate for answers after months of debilitating pain, he made the impossible feel effortless. He squeezed me into his schedule, despite being booked solid, and took the time to really *listen*. No rushing, no dismissing—just genuine empathy as I poured out my symptoms, fears, and what I'd already tried. By the end of that appointment, he gave me a clear plan that addressed not just the immediate crisis but a best case scenario too.

What sealed my absolute trust in him was his eagle-eyed expertise during the second 'pre-op' phase. My CT scan came back with a concerning report from a radiologist, flagging an issue that could've meant a second surgery. But Dr. Chapple didn't just accept it at face value. He personally reviewed the images, spotted the error immediately, reviewed it with his team and explained to me the 'thrombus' was not that at all- in fact, no threat at all. His double-check saved me from added stress, surgery and recovery time. It's rare to find a doctor who owns the full picture like that.

Dr. Chapple was kind, empathetic and explained everything to me regarding my MRI results, why I was in so much pain, surgery that is needed, ect. His staff was also very friendly. I left his office feeling confident with his expertise in performing my upcomimg surgery.
