I had to find a new dentist after my previous dentist closed his office, and it turned out to be a positive change. At my old office, the doctor sometimes did the cleaning himself, and it only took a few minutes. I often felt that my teeth were not properly cleaned. At Dr. Chen’s office, the hygienist is very thorough and takes the time to clean my teeth carefully without rushing. Dr. Chen is also patient during her examinations and explains any potential issues. She never over-treats or recommends unnecessary procedures just to make money. She has excellent work ethic and always focuses on what is truly needed. I highly recommend Dr. Chen’s dental office.

One Saturday morning, while having breakfast, I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my upper gum. Initially, I thought it was caused by a meat bone, so I tried to clear it myself, upon closer inspection, I realized that half of one of my teeth had split vertically and was pressing into the gum.

I contacted two dental clinics, and LC Quality Dental office promptly answered my call, advising me to come in for an emergency visit without an appointment. After examining the tooth and taking an x-ray, Dr. Wang discussed the treatment options with me. At first, we considered extracting the remaining part of the tooth, but then decided to attempt restoring it with challenging filling. I preferred this approach, as it allowed me to keep my remaining natural tooth.

The procedure was successful, and I’m now able to eat comfortably again with my own tooth intact. Dr. Wang demonstrated excellent skill and professionalism - highly recommended!
