I was looking for 30A MCase fuse for 2025 Pilot, checked everywhere (Autozone, Advance Auto Parts) & other local shop but no one had it. Stopped by this shop, one of the worker (Matt) he not only checked the car to see what exact part is needed, he then checked it in the warehouse since shelf did not have that part. He ordered the part , since it was not in the warehouse as well, took my number to call me once part arrive. He called back in 3 hours to pick up the part. This guy was extremely helpful and went extra mile. I will definitely recommend this shop.
I needed to top off the coolant on my Volkswagen which uses a special type but they had it in stock. Adam was very patient with me on the phone while I was being indecisive about how much to get and mixing it. He took payment over the phone and delivered it to my house in Boonton. Thank you so much!
Stopped at Lakeland about 30 mins before close on Saturday evening. Tried getting a new battery for my Wrangler and was given what was blatantly the wrong part, which I was stuck with until Monday. The owner was extremely accountable and quick to rectify the error, which is exactly why I prefer to support local. Will be back again.
