Absolutely a wonderful place. The staff really made it a comfortable experience. I highly recommend them.
The entire team was friendly, compassionate, and understanding. I highly recommend them.
The medical team and entire staff provided me with a most efficient and relaxing experience during my successful treatments. The professionalism, seamless communication and friendliness were outstanding and the Center was accommodating in every way, even during the peak of the pandemic. The group provides a top notch service in treatment, education and follow-up appointments.
Shore point radiation oncology center was the place for me to be during my treatment. My thanks to all the staff, doctors, technicians, and receptionist for making my visits a pleasant one. God bless you all ❤️
I normally do not write reviews but this is upsetting. One positive thing I do have to say is the Front Desk Staff is very nice and very comforting BUT the Billing Administration is very irresponsible. My dad received a bill for $2376.00 in June 2023 I called and spoke with Suzanna and i asked why did he get a bill and why wasn't my Dad made aware that he would be getting a bill prior to services. They obviously do not check benefits and if they do they do not tell the patient anything until BAMMMM they are surprise with a bill. Anyways I spoke with Suzanne and she explained the bill blah blah and I said let me speak with a supervisor and she said Linda is the supervisor and she was not available and she would leave her a message for her to call me back. WELLLL its 2 month later (now its Aug 2023) NEVER got a call back and now my Dad received another bill now for $4238.00. These are elderly patients on a fixed income you should not be surprising them like this and best thing to do is just lay everything on the table once they start treatment. I work in the medical field in the Billing Dept. for over 23 years and the right thing to do and what normal doctors office do is before any procedure notify the patient what the out-of-pocket expense will ne NOT surprise them with a high bill that they cant afford. Wrong in so many levels.
