I’ve been going to this location for many years. Place is under new ownership and the new owner is sweet and helpful. All NEW staff and way more friendly and helpful!!! Paula is sweet and super helpful and fun to talk to.
I wish the people who make the nasty reviews would actually come and talk to us about the laundromat. I’m there everyday and I had no idea, people were waiting for a phone call.
We don’t have the system the past owners have.
If you did come and talk to me about what’s going on, you would find out that the new owner was sold a fallacy. The second month into her ownership, machines broke, repair men that the old owner used…. Took money did nothing. Told us we couldn’t get parts for months… I got it on next day shipping.
Let’s talk about the fires…. Both people were warned about their load in the dryer both didn’t care and their load went up in flames. When we replace machines and have repair man in the laundromat, should we just stay open so your clothes could be covered in black exhaust? I the floor gets so dirty that if you drop anything… you would have to rewash it.
Long story short…. The new owner is securing funding to upgrade the 30 year old machines.
This past week we cleaned the floors for the first time in about 10 years. I personally scrubbed the grout.
So I apologize if you were inconvenienced, I truly am, but I’ve not spoken to you and I would have rectified it.
As far as broken machines… we had an unfortunate customer Jam too much in the current broken machines and they are not repairable. They will be replaced when machines are available.
However we did just install 10 new dryers
The people who recently took over this facility don't give the good service of the previous owner. I now pay $5 more to clean a comforter, all I want is to know when it's done. I used to get a text message as soon as I could pick it up. Now they tell you they are going to call when it's done, but they never do..and they don't answer the phone, so you have to keep going over there. More money, less service. The woman who used to work there was great.
