New roof and gutters put on March '25. Manny came highly recommended and exceeded expectations. Good price for our big roof. All was done in two days. Good communication throughout, respectful and hard working crew. Manny is honest and reliable. Will continue to recommend to friends and family !

After obtaining several estimates for my roof and gutter replacement, we decided to go with Manny. The entire process from estimate to completing of the job was easy. Manny met with me for an estimate, came on time and provided a detail estimate of the work to performed.

Manny, Douglas, and their entire crew were punctual, focused and wasted no time during the work done in my house. The quality of their work is stellar and it was refreshing to see their attention to detail. Everyone who worked on this project was respectful and considerate of our needs when working in our house. I would absolutely recommend Manny and his team to work on any kind of roofing/gutter projects.

After obtaining several quotes from local roofers, I selected Lasting Construction to complete my home's re-roof in Warren. I had a complex roof, several leaks I was dealing with for 2+ years, and needed framing / carpentry work to be redone to rework one window.

I could not be happier with Lasting Construction's efforts throughout this process. They started the job within a week. They spent 5 full days from sun up to sun down at my home, meticulously re-roofing, re-framing, and re-flashing my home. They corrected major issues from the prior work, and worked with me on options. Their prices were fair, and the attention to detail from the crew, especially Manny the owner (who was here every day including Sunday), could not be beat. Before & after shown in attached pics really speak for themselves. I'll definitely have them back to do other work on my home - Thank you!!!

Manny and his crew were really great. They did a big job for us that included roofing, carpentry, and masonry: rebuilt our roof (a structural error in the original build caused the roof to partly fail), extended the roofline, added proper venting, insulated our attic, rebuilt our front stairs, and rebuilt our front entry columns.

Fantastic job, great crew, and Manny is excellent - takes full responsibility, makes sure the work is done really well, has good ideas, has time for questions and explanations. Definitely recommend.
